Picholine Olives
Celebrate the spirit of Provence; serve these as appetizers with cheese, and fruit or in salads. Picholine olives are used in French specialties including cold appetizers, as a topping for warm main courses, and salads, or in a garnish.
Our Picholine Olives are Moroccan prepared in the French style. Picholine Marocaines are cousin to the French Picholine Languedoc. Given the milder and more consistent climate in Morocco, the Picholine Morocaine grows into a superior olive.
Green, torpedo-shaped brine cured, marinated with coriander and herbed Provence, these olives make a martini great. Its flavour is mild and nutty, satisfyingly crisp, garnish for cocktails, Picholine olives are also great for snacking and as an accompliment for a gourmet meat or cheese plate.
