Par Baked Bagenuettes

Par baked are partially baked bread, these breads are made the same way, with the same organic ingredients – just not fully baked. We freeze these breads so that you can take them home and finish baking them at home. The baguettes take just 6 minutes @ 375 to finish the baking process, giving you the fresh baked aroma and taste just when you need it.

White flour, traditional French style soft, light and tasty inside a golden brown crunch crust.

Whole-wheat is wholesome, tasty and comes in a golden crust- that is good for you.

Grapeskin, adding dried grape skins with organic flour results in a purplish brown hue, a touch of natural sweetness and somewhat mild nutty taste. The Grapeskin baguette is on of the signature trade makers of the Brick Street Bakery.

 

Breads

Sourdough

With a slight tang this san Francisco inspired bread makes great sandwiches and a bread that has a hearty texture not heavy. The signature bread of Knead Bakery we have this bread in stock fresh and hot every Saturday.

The French White bread is light with a crusty exterior.

The Moroccan Black Olive bread is moist, naturally salty, more fully bodied than usual, resulting in European style bread.

Whole Wheat, full grains means full flavour, great texture with a rich brown colour.

Basil & Parsley, light with flavour, rolled in sea salt results in very moist bread.

Sundried Tomato, strand of salty, tangy tomato strands run through this bread, hidden beneath a golden crust exterior.

Rye, sweet, grassy, fully bodied not a bread to be taken lightly, loaded with taste, and texture.
